DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY TIME

We strive to deliver between the selected delivery times provided above, however, cannot cater to specific times due to the sequence of deliveries per day depending on the volume per area. Each order will be filled within the allocated time frame.

PERISHABLE ITEMS

We kindly require that someone is home to receive the order as our boards and boxes contain perishable items. 

​

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY 

HOUSE: We will leave all orders on the front porch. 

CONDO: The receiver will be called down to pick-up the order or it will be left with the concierge.

5 days before the date - full money back

 

48 hrs before date - unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or credit of any sort.
